This station is completely rebuild a few years ago:
Thalys, Paris --> Brussels--> Amsterdam.

2 NS trains. The roof of the station is constructed with glass, and equipped with solar-cells in it.

Entrance, the roof here is made of steel. The highest point in the right corner is 30 metres high.
Some high buildings in the near. For years this was the tallest building of The Netherlands, 151m.
Rotterdam was demolished completely by German Nazis in 1940, after that the city center is rebuild with modern
buildings, and has an impressive skyline. Those who like modern architecture will like Rotterdam. Those who like older buildings can better go to Amsterdam...
